Commission on Sale
of the final selling price
When your horse sells, we deduct our 8% commission from the sale price. The remainder is paid directly to you. Our commission covers all listing management, buyer communication, and sale administration.
Example: If your horse sells for R50,000 — our commission is R4,000 and you receive R46,000. Any upfront listing fee (e.g. R399 Featured) is separate and non-refundable.
Buyer Deposit
To secure a horse, buyers pay a 10% holding deposit via our secure PayFast payment gateway. This deposit confirms the buyer's intent and temporarily removes the listing from the market while the sale is finalised.
